We started this place with the belief that advertising won’t change the world but by building a company in a manner in which we personally operate, we can use advertising, mainly the people behind the work, the clients driving the work, and in some sense, the work, to do good.
“Good” looks like creating a company culture in which you’d want to work. “Good” means being a champion for our clients, not because of what’s in it for us, but because that’s just the way we think you should treat all people. “Good” means telling marketing truths and supporting brands and products we personally feel good about while putting high quality work out into the world. “Good” means focusing less on awards and more on customers.

With that, we believe certain things to be true:
1. Life’s biggest cheat codes are A) being easy to root for, and B) enthusiastically rooting for others
We want you to succeed. We want others to succeed. We’ll be your biggest brand champion and we’ll do it without egos.
2. Honest work makes the best work
People don’t like advertising. No one is enthused about an interlude that interrupts whatever the thing is you want to be doing. People especially don’t like advertising that tries to pull one over on them. Honest, purposeful marketing is the best marketing.
3. Marketing is about solving problems, not making noise
Sometimes, that is one in the same. Sometimes it’s not. We focus hard on knowing the difference.
4. Opportunity starts with listening
Talking is pretty neat. There’s a place for talking. But listening is where the magic stems from.
5. Creativity takes courage
Creativity requires taking risks and embracing vulnerability. That’s true with us and we recognize that’s true with you. When we push for bold thinking, you can trust that we have #3 in mind.
